This book is based on the doctoral dissertation of the author. After analysing all the important theories of justice, the author erects his own on their grave. This work is a document of a humanistic sense of justice which leans more towards the idea of Kantian autonomy of human personality. It bears in a sense, a liberal trend of thought. It analyses almost all the associated concepts of justice with special attention to the theory of justice of John Rawls.
