This book is a critical study of the most unexplored areas of Kerala History (Medieval History of Kerala) on the basis of original sources. Dr. Ibrahim kunju has utilised a large number of stone and copper plate inscriptions which have been discovered in light on the history of the period. He is also trying to draw a clear picture of the political set up of the country, with the help of foreign sources life of Portuguese, Dutch and English accounts in the archives of Lisbon, Hague and London which have greatly helped him in unravelling the importance of many events in the political history of Medieval Kerala.
