The text Vicarasagara originally written in (old) Hindi by Sadhu Niscaladasa contains the tippanis of Pitambara that was translated into Sanskrit by Vasudeva Brahmendra Sarasvati. The Sanskrit Vicarasagara was first published in 1964. The present volumes contain a revised edition with an English translatio of the Sanskrit Vicarasagara. The test Vicarasagara contains seven chapters of tarangasa that deals with the Advaita metaphysics which is set in the background of a dialogye between the teacher and the students. The text addresses three kinds of aspirants who are in the course classified as uttama, madhyama and kanishtha adhikaris.
