I feel sincere satisfaction in being able to place into the hands of students and lovers of the Bhagavadgita, on the ocacasion of this year's "Gitajayanti" , the present edition of a rare and hitherto unpublished commentary on the Gita, which the author himself styles the "Anandavardhini" , and which professes to expound and establish the "Jnanakarmasamuccaya" and action.
